Kingsland Manor is an 18th Century home in Nutley NJ that a part of the early industrial development in what was, though only about 10 miles west of Manhattan, very rural areas.
Usually photographed from the other side (showing both the dam and the pond) this view shows the rear of the manor and the kitchen gardens. At one time the Kingsland estate included a paper mill that provided papers to many of the financial institutions throughout New Jersey.
