Super Easy Thanksgiving Side : Asparagus
Asaparagus - great grilled! Squirt with a bit of fresh lemon juice just before removing from the grill and you get lots of lemony flavor without the acidic sting. Some lemon zest sprinkled over them just before serving makes it very nice indeed.
Oh, so you're one of those people who only grill between Memorial Day and Labour Day? No problem. I found my Breville Pannini Press is great for grilling vegetables. (Love that thing so much that I'll probably have to blog about it soon)
