Last week the keen ears of Devil Gourmet learned that the winner of New Jersey's Iron Shaker bartender competition, Christopher James, will be the head bartender at Chris Cannon's new Garden State venture "Jockey Hollow Bar and Kitchen."

Set in the historic, and renovated, Vail Mansion, Jockey Hollow is set to be a game changer in the culinary scene on the East Coast.
