The new Prix Fixe lunch at Terre a Terre in Carlstadt is finding devotees across the Garden State. The menu echoes the same locally sourced Farm to Table concept as the dinner menu and changes a bit each week. My first visit included the TaT Burger whose toppings will change based on seasonal availability. Don't miss the hand cut fries - they are as good as In-N-Out in California but LOCAL, and the ketchup is served in that little pot - perfect for dipping.
