Of course HFTK is always in touch with its Montclair roots - this past Independence Day, Hot From The Kettle won best float in the annual 4th of July Parade in Montclair NJ.
Hot From The Kettle contributors, affectionately called "the Hotties" each have a passion for food and share it weekly. Whether it's Meatless Monday, the occassional Tuesday Boozeday (great cocktail recipes here), or Wine Wednesday HFTK has something for everyone every week. This Fall some of the Hotties will be doing a series of classes at King's Cooking Studios in Short Hills NJ. It really is one Hot And Steamy Food and Wine Destination!
