Words To Eat By : A "Rocket" In My Salad
Eruca sativa is the official name of what Americans call Arugula. In the UK and much of the English speaking parts of the Commonwealth it is known as rocket, a derivation of the French Roquette.
This leafy green, with its intense peppery taste, is a good source of vitamin c and potassium. And surprise, it's native to the mediterrean ~ given further credence to just how good a Mediterranean diet can be!
